The 'Founder's Day' is celebrated annually on 8th January at the SKCH Tata Silk Farm premises duly attended by the Mangement, Teaching and Non-Teaching fraternity of the Kumaran Group of Institutions, namely Nursery, State Board, CBSE, ICSE and PU College. The solemn occasion commemorates our Founder Mother Smt. R A Devi for the establishment of an esteemed institution, SKCH and her contribution to the field of education. The occasion is marked by soulful rendering of prayers and bhajans. Mrs Deepa Sridhar, the Director - Academics of the Kumaran Group of Institutions addresses the gathering, reminiscing her fond memories of Founder Mother Smt. R A Devi and her mother, Mrs. Meenakshi Balakrishnan. The event ends with a sense of gratitude towards the Founder of the Kumaran Group of Institutions.
